Quezon's Best Takes Center Stage at Kasalan sa Lucena Wedding and Tourism Fair

More than Pahiyas Festival, the province of Quezon will add the term ‘wedding destination’ as one of its major draws as key players in the wedding and tourism industry take part in Kasalan sa Lucena wedding and tourism fair exhibit, slated on March 26 – 28, 2010 at the Pacific Mall in Lucena City.

Kasalang Filipino 2010 is a nationwide wedding and tourism fair road show, which ties twelve (12) Philippine cities with one goal of promoting the local wedding industry. The following are the 12 cities of the 2010 road show – Cabanatuan, General Santos, Lucena, Baguio, Dumaguete, Pampanga, Malolos, Davao, Tagaytay, San Fernando, Bacolod, and Cagayan de Oro.

Endorsed by the Department of Tourism, Kasalan sa Lucena is the third leg of Kasalang Filipino 2010, co-presented by Kasal.com, and ABS-CBN Regional Network Group in cooperation with Wave Events Management and Pacific Mall.

Aside for creative wedding displays, numerous activities have been lined up for attending couples such as talks on wedding planning and wedding trends. Aspiring and professional make up artist will showcase their skills at the Ever Bilena Gandang Pinay Bridal Make up competition. Finally, Quezon’s premiere wedding fashion designers will take over the runway and display their latest wedding fashion collection. Lucky couples will get a chance to win free wedding giveaways and honeymoon packages during the bridal fair.
